Senior Business Systems Analyst

We are seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst who thrives at the intersection of business process, data, and technology.

This role bridges the gap between business partners and technical teams—helping define, document, and optimize processes across our omni-channel retail landscape, which includes retail, eCommerce, merchandising, supply chain, and finance systems.

You’ll partner with business stakeholders to capture requirements, analyze data flows, validate integrations, and recommend best practices grounded in retail expertise.

This is a hands-on role where curiosity, systems thinking, and SQL proficiency come together to drive impactful business solutions.

• This position is a hybrid role, involving on-site work each week at our corporate headquarters in Concord, CA.
• Candidates who are fully remote or outside of reasonable commuting distance will not be considered.
