Cybba is a digital services and advertising agency that provides customized solutions for brands worldwide. Using advanced data analytics, Cybba offers digital marketing strategies such as customer segmentation, digital display ads, onsite optimization, and email remarketing technologies to increase customer conversion rates, reduce cart abandonment rates, and drive qualified traffic to websites. Cybba is headquartered in Boston, with additional offices in Sao Paulo, and Mexico City.

Role Description

This is a full-time, hybrid role for an Account Manager. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing key ads accounts. Your book will consist of 10+ accounts - so, it will be of the utmost importance to manage your time effectively and focus on the best revenue generating outcomes. This will include coordinating the creation and implementation of digital marketing and advertising strategies, building strong relationships with clients, and providing guidance to the account team. You will be responsible for the retention and growth of your accounts while strategically working with members of Cybba's Commercial Team. This role is based in Boston, with flexibility for remote work.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years in a similar role, managing key accounts
  • 2-4 years Programmatic Media Trading experience
  • Proven track record expanding and upselling accounts
  • Platform experience : Trade Desk, Xandr, StackAdapt, OneView, etc.
  • Experience in strategic account planning
  • Experience with data analysis and strategic positioning
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Ability to prioritize assignments and tasks effectively

    Base Salary : $90,000 - $100,000 OTE : $110,000 - $115,000
