Description :

Wilshire Properties, Inc. is looking for a Portfolio Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day operations of approximately 1,500 units across Los Angeles. Our portfolio includes B and C class properties : commercial, single-family homes, and multifamily buildings ranging from 260 units.

This role provides leadership to property managers and maintenance teams, ensuring financial performance, operational consistency, and tenant satisfaction across all asset types.

Responsibilities :

  • Oversee operations across ~1,500 units in commercial, single-family, and multifamily properties
  • Supervise and support regional property managers, on-site managers and maintenance staff
  • Review budgets, control expenses, and maximize NOI
  • Conduct regular property inspections and ensure preventative maintenance
  • Resolve escalated tenant concerns and promote positive resident relations
  • Recruit, train, and mentor property management staff
  • Ensure compliance with California and Los Angeles landlord-tenant law, safety standards, and company policies
  • Prepare reports on occupancy, financials, and portfolio performance

Qualifications :

  • 5+ years of property management experience, with 2+ years in a regional or supervisory role
  • Experience managing B- and C-class asset types
  • Strong knowledge of Los Angeles and California landlord-tenant laws, including RSO.
  • Proficiency in property management software (Appfolio)
  • Financial management skills with P&L oversight experience
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities
  • Bilingual (English / Spanish) preferred but not required
