Service Support Engineer - San Francisco

The role

ChemoMetec is seeking a dedicated, customer-focused Service Support Engineer based in San Francisco, CA. In this role, you will support leading biotech, pharma, and academic laboratories by ensuring the optimal performance of our state-of-the-art cell counting and analysis instruments.

You will be responsible for installations, qualifications, preventive maintenance, and ongoing customer support, acting as a trusted partner to scientists and researchers. This position offers the opportunity to work hands-on with advanced laboratory technology, build lasting customer relationships, and contribute directly to ChemoMetecs growth journey. While focused on the San Francisco Bay Area, the role will also involve occasional travel across the U.S.
