Position : Business Development Representative (Sales Representative)
Reports to : Director of Sales, Bryan Walsh
Location : Connecticut Territory (Field-Based, 80–90% Travel)
Status : Full-Time, Exempt
Base Salary : $70,000–$85,000 per year
Bonus / Commission : Based on new admissions and the percentage of the book of business maintained

What You’ll Do :
Hit the ground running. As our Business Development Representative, you’ll be the community face of our mission, connecting with healthcare professionals, elder law attorneys, senior living communities, and more, including families to grow awareness and drive new client admissions.
You'll be responsible for
- Developing new and strengthening established key referral relationships through a
proven 4-stage sales process.
Growing brand visibility through community outreach, events, social media, andeducation.
Driving new client admissions and revenue growth in your assigned territory.Fielding and responding to referral inquiries immediatelyPerform in-home assessments, execute client start agreementsCollaborate closely with leadership to align strategy and results.What’s In It For You

4+ years of experience in outside sales or business development (healthcare preferred).Self-starter who thrives in the field — confident, organized, and motivated by results.Natural relationship builder with strong communication and presentation skills.Driven by purpose and aligned with our values of Awareness, Accountability, andUrgency.
