The Global GTM Transformation & M&A team at ServiceNow helps drive clarity, operational efficiency, and data-informed decision-making across our global Sales, Customer Success, and Partner ecosystem. As we continue to scale, we are seeking a Senior Manager, GTM Transformation, who can balance strategic thinking and analytical rigor with hands-on execution. Help shape AI's impact on how sellers work and interact with customers by collaborating across teams to drive ServiceNow's go-to-market strategy. You'll have the opportunity to work cross-functionally to shape ServiceNow's go-to-market evolution for an AI era.

Key Responsibilities

GTM Strategy :

• Drive key transformation initiatives for Global Field Sales, like integrating AI adoption and usage to evolve our GTM approach
• Conduct research, data analysis, and executive-ready synthesis on GTM performance, market trends, and sales effectiveness
• Support strategic initiative owners with modeling, benchmarking, and business case development that inform leadership decisions

To Be Successful In This Role You Have :

Location : Remote / flexible

For positions in this location, we offer a base pay of $193,000 - $337,800, plus equity (when applicable), variable / incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location. We also offer health plans, including flexible spending accounts, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, matching donations, a flexible time away plan and family leave programs.

Compensation is based on the geographic location in which the role is located and is subject to change based on work location.
