DESCRIPTION OF WORK
In this position, you will be responsible for creating, organizing, and delivering professional educational resources and training programs that align with licensure regulations, standards, and requirements. You will conduct research, develop, and plan lessons on a wide range of health-related topics based on the needs of the facility and staff. Additionally, you will teach and lead lectures on various aspects of nursing practice, validating procedures and practices through ongoing research and continuing education. You will also design, implement, and assess a comprehensive orientation program for all new nursing staff while monitoring and documenting their progress throughout the orientation period. Furthermore, you will ensure that certified nurse aides complete all necessary training and in-service hours as mandated by the relevant licensing agencies.
