General Liability Attorney Position Overview :  We are seeking an experienced, results-driven General Liability Attorney to join our nationwide, multi-office law firm. This role offers the opportunity to handle a broad range of general liability matters while working alongside a collaborative team of skilled attorneys. The position involves managing a diverse caseload from inception through resolution, providing strategic legal counsel, developing case strategies, and representing clients in litigation and alternative dispute resolution. This is a growth-oriented position with strong opportunities for professional development and advancement within a nationally recognized firm.

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide expert legal counsel on general liability matters.
• Manage cases from inception through resolution, including pre-litigation strategy, discovery, motions, and trial preparation.
• Represent clients in state and federal courts, arbitration, mediation, and other dispute resolution forums.
• Advise clients on risk management and compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
• Negotiate settlements and work to resolve disputes in a cost-effective and timely manner.
• Draft and review legal documents such as pleadings, motions, settlement agreements, and other correspondence.
• Develop strategies to prevent legal issues and minimize exposure for clients through proactive counsel.
• Stay up to date with changes in general liability to provide clients with current and effective legal advice.
