Average pay : $1,200-$1,470 weekly. Home time : Weekly. Experience : All CDL holders. Overview : Haul 100% no-touch freight with reefer and dry van trailers. 7-8 loads per week with 2-3 stop-offs per load. Drive within Illinois, Iowa, and Wisconsin.

Pay and bonus potential : Mileage pay and load pay, plus hourly pay while on duty, not driving. Weekly performance pay. $3,000 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for experienced drivers. $1,500 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for inexperienced drivers. Paid orientation. Paid time off after 6 months, plus 6 days of holiday pay per year. Annual bonus : Earn up to 2% of annual gross pay each year.
