About The Position
North Carolina GI - Call-Only Coverage, No ERCP-EUS
We have an excellent locum tenens opportunity for a Gastroenterologist in North Carolina. This assignment offers a desirable work-life balance with a predictable, call-only schedule for an ongoing need starting in 2026.
Highlights
- This is a 100% call coverage assignment.
- ERCP and EUS experience is not required.
- Work only 7-10 days per month.

Practice Setting
This is an inpatient-only setting.Typical daily volume is 6-15 consults.Expect 2-6 admissions while on-call.Patient population is adults only.Schedule
24-hour call responsibility.Requires a 30-minute response time.Coverage is needed on an ongoing basis.Commitment is for 7-10 days per month.Requirements
Board Certified in Gastroenterology.Active North Carolina medical license.Current ACLS and BLS certifications.Requires 12 months of post-training experience.Credentialing Requirements
Full credentialing support is provided.The process typically takes 60-90 days.Travel accommodations
