Compensation

Hourly Pay Rate : $86.49

Estimated Weekly Salary Range : $2090 - $2200

ER RN Job Details – Vineland, NJ

Location : Vineland, NJ 08360 – Southern New Jersey healthcare jobs in a friendly, accessible community near parks, dining, and cultural attractions

Setting : Acute Care – Emergency Department (ED)

Job Type : Local Contract Nursing Assignment

Contract Duration : 8 weeks

Hours per Week : 36 (12-hour shifts)

Weekend Requirement : Every other weekend or 2 per month, per unit needs

Holiday Requirement : None

Start Date : November 24, 2025

Emergency Room RN Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of recent Emergency Department (ED) nursing experience required

Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required

Previous travel nursing experience (at least one completed contract assignment)

Experience in high-volume, fast-paced ER settings preferred

Active New Jersey RN License or Compact State RN License

Current certifications : AHA BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS (must be valid; pending or expiring within 30 days not accepted)

Ability to complete full orientation as scheduled (no rescheduling allowed)

Maximum of 3 days RTO (Requested Time Off) accepted; no block scheduling or special requests

ER RN Responsibilities

Provide high-quality, compassionate patient care in a busy Emergency Department

Respond rapidly and effectively to acute medical emergencies and trauma cases

Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes

Participate in all required orientation activities, including both virtual and in-person sessions

Maintain compliance with hospital and healthcare system policies and procedures

Utilize HealthStream for class locations and orientation modules

Obtain in-person hospital ID badge during orientation (photo submissions not permitted)
