About The Position

💰 Competitive Salary + Full Benefits

📍 Location : Bourbon, Indiana

🕒 Schedule : Monday–Friday, 8 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM (or until patients are seen)

📞 Call : 1 : 7 (phone call only)

🩺 About the Position

Join a growing, community-focused practice treating patients of all ages, from pediatrics to geriatrics . This is a great opportunity for a Board Certified or Board Eligible Family Medicine Physician to make a meaningful impact.

Practice Highlights :

Conventional Family Medicine : chronic disease management, dressing changes, sutures, biopsies, pap smears, joint injections / aspirations 💉🩹

Basic lab services on-site 🧪

Average patient census : 18–22 per day

Collaborate with 1 Nurse Practitioner 👩‍⚕️

EMR : Epic 💻

Ethical and Religious Directives for Catholic Health Care Services adhered to ✝️

✅ Requirements

Board Certified or truly Board Eligible in Family Medicine (within 5 years of residency)

IN license or willing to obtain 🩺

Active DEA or willing to obtain 💊

BLS & ACLS certifications (or willing to obtain) 🫀

Experience treating all ages – pediatrics through geriatrics 👶👵

COVID vaccination required 😷
