Responsibilities :
- Cultivate a safe and loving environment where infants can thrive socially, emotionally, cognitively, creatively, and physically.
- Develop and implement engaging learning activities, including singing, dancing, and storytelling, to stimulate infant development.
- Collaborate with co-teachers to deliver research-informed lesson plans from our Balanced Learning® curriculum.
- Maintain a well-organized classroom conducive to exploration, creativity, and confident decision-making.
- Tailor teaching methods to suit individual children, fostering their unique understanding of the world.
