Key Responsibilities
Serve as a strategic partner to executive leadership, ensuring HR initiatives align with company goals
Lead and develop the HR team to support a high-growth organization and ensure best-in-class HR operations
Own HR policies and compliance, manage employee leaves, and execute performance management processes
Required Qualifications
7+ years of progressive HR leadership experience (HRBP, HR Manager, HR Director, or similar)
SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or equivalent certification preferred
Experience working closely with sales teams and leadership strongly preferred
Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree a plus
Proven track record of building and leading high-performing HR teams in fast-paced environments
