We're looking for a high-performing HR professional to support our frontline employees and leaders across the entire Keystone Region in Residential and Comcast Businessthe heart of our customer experience. This is a high-visibility, high-impact role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves solving complex people challenges, and is passionate about building strong, trust-based relationships. While this role does not have direct reports, it offers a unique opportunity to influence, coach, and partner with employees and leaders across the business.

  • Serve as a strategic HR partner to frontline teams, helping drive performance, engagement, and a positive employee experience.
  • Leverage your emotional intelligence (EQ) and critical thinking to navigate complex employee relations and organizational dynamics.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to support recruitment, compliance, benefits, compensation, and more.
  • Use your influence and relationship-building skills to guide teams through change, growth, and transformation.
  • Stay ahead of the curve by understanding and applying AI tools and emerging HR technologies to improve processes and decision-making.

  • Core Responsibilities :

  • Counsels, orientates and trains managers and supervisors on the interpretation and administration of Human Resources policies. Administers Human Resources policies and procedures as they pertain to all employees.
  • Oversees, handles and manages employee relations issues. Assists with employee counseling, discipline and grievance handling.
  • Recommends new approaches, policies and procedures to maintain efficient and effective services.
  • Manages direct reports. Ensures compliance with state, local and federal guidelines and policies to protect the business and its employees.
  • Partners with management to ensure strategic HR goals, policies and programs are aligned with business initiatives.
  • Administers compensation programs and assists in job analysis, job evaluation and performance management to ensure compliance with division guidelines.
  • Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
  • Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.
