Description
Serves as initial contact for all Patient Access Services, is responsible for registering and pre-registering patients, verifying insurance coverage and eligibility at time of registration, verifies patient demographics and accurately inputs this information in the registration application.
Performs point of service activities, collecting copayments and self-pay payments.
