About Providence Community Health Centers :

Primary Care Physician Qualifications and Skills : Board-certified or board-eligible Family MD or DO with experience and interest in community health and patient-centered care; Licensed / eligible in Rhode Island; Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; Multi-lingual and multi-cultural skills highly valued but not required.
