Our client, a leader in the manufacturing and production industry, is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to join their finance team. This role is essential for ensuring accurate and timely processing of financial transactions and supporting overall operational efficiency.

Responsibilities :

• Process vendor invoices and ensure proper coding and approvals.
• Reconcile accounts payable transactions and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain vendor records and manage communications regarding payment status.
• Assist with month-end closing activities related to AP.
• Monitor and manage aging reports to ensure timely payments.
• Support internal audits and compliance with company policies.
• Collaborate with procurement and other departments to streamline AP processes.
