Collections Representative

A company is looking for a Collections Representative.

Key Responsibilities

Follow up on assigned accounts to ensure timely payment and resolution

Contact patients, employers, insurance companies, and agencies to expedite payments

Handle inquiries and complaints regarding the collection process and document account issues

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

High School Graduate

Typically requires 2 years of experience in insurance processing, collections, or customer service

No licensure or certification required

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Knowledge of medical insurance billing and legal processes preferred
