Job Details
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Permanent Construction Project Manager for our Multifamily / Podium construction project.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing new construction projects in the multifamily industry.
This is a full-time position with competitive compensation and benefits.
Responsibilities :
- Manage the entire construction project from start to finish, including budgeting, scheduling, and quality control.
- Oversee all aspects of the project, including site preparation, foundation work, framing, electrical, plumbing, and finishing.
- Ensure that the project is completed on time and within budget while maintaining the highest level of quality.
- Communicate regularly with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that everyone is on the same page.
- Manage the construction team, including subcontractors, architects, engineers, and other professionals.
- Ensure that all safety regulations and building codes are followed throughout the project.
- Maintain accurate project records, including budgets, schedules, and progress reports.
- Resolve any issues or problems that arise during the construction process.
Qualifications :
- At least 3 years of experience as a Construction Project Manager in the multifamily industry.
- Experience managing podium construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and construction management software.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred.
