Program Manager

A company is looking for a Program Manager Strategic Operations to oversee project alignment with operational strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage multiple strategic projects for specific departments or practices

Develop and implement program strategies and coordinate with operational leaders to align goals

Monitor program performance, facilitate cross-functional collaboration, and ensure timely delivery of projects

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field; Master's degree preferred

PMI certification (e.g., PgMP, PMP) preferred

At least 4-6 years of experience in program management or related roles

Proven experience managing large-scale programs and cross-functional teams

Strong knowledge of program management methodologies and tools
