A company is looking for a Manager, Sales Development.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the escalation point for the Inbound SDR team and lead routine team meetings
Collaborate with leadership on process improvement and conduct performance management conversations
Provide mentorship and feedback, translating department goals into team objectives and reporting on progress
Required Qualifications
Proven success in an SDR position, preferably in K12 SaaS
Experience in mentoring and influencing peers effectively
Strong business acumen and leadership skills
External candidates must possess SDR leadership experience
Ability to develop creative solutions and demonstrate problem-solving skills
