Provide home-based ABA therapy during weekday afternoons, with weekend work also available. Provide direct, high-quality one-on-one ABA therapy, following detailed behavior intervention plans designed by supervising BCBAs. Accurately collect and document data on behavior and skill development. Help clients build essential communication, social, and daily living skills. Engage with supervising BCBAs regularly for training, collaboration, and professional growth. Contribute actively to a supportive and positive team environment. Hold current RBT certification and have experience providing ABA therapy. Are seeking a supportive workplace that respects work-life balance and professional boundaries. Value clarity, consistency, and effective supervision in their daily work. Excel at empathetic, professional communication with children, families, and colleagues. Have a meticulous approach to following clinical guidelines and accurately tracking client progress. Thrive in collaborative, team-oriented settings. Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification. Prior experience working with children, especially in behavioral, developmental, or educational settings. Strong interpersonal, communication, and data-tracking skills. High school diploma or equivalent required. . Positions available across Denver
