Basic Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship Required.
• Must have the ability to obtain / maintain a Public Trust clearance.
• 6 years of experience in a management or leadership role.
• Strong technical writing expertise.
• Experience producing and managing documentation.
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with attention to detail and clarity.
• Proficiency with technical writing tools.
• Experience leading document control processes and ensuring audit‑ready documentation.
• Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) such as SharePoint, Confluence, or Documentum.
• Experience ensuring compliance with Section 508 accessibility and plain language requirements.
• Experience supporting proposal writing, compliance matrices, and contract deliverables.

In this role, you will oversee the creation, review, and maintenance of technical documentation, ensuring clarity, compliance, and consistency across FAA modernization programs. You will manage documentation standards, mentor writers, and collaborate with engineers, program managers, and stakeholders to ensure technical information is delivered with precision and impact.
