Clinician for Intensive In-Home Services (Team Lead)

Location : Asheville, NC.

Education and Experience Required :

• A master’s degree in Social Work, Clinical Counseling, or related field.
• Must be an LCSW / LCSWA, LCMHC / LCMHCA, LMFT / LMFTA.
• Must have at least one (1) year experience with the child mental health population.

Intensive In-Home is a service for children and teens who need a lot of support to stay in their homes. A clinician leads a team of experts who work with the family and the child short-term to provide the best treatment for serious problems related to mental health and / or substance use. This service may only be provided through age 20.  The team provides individualized services that are developed in full partnership with the family. Effective engagement, including cultural sensitivity, is essential in providing services in the family’s living environment. Services are generally more intensive at the beginning of treatment and decrease over time as the beneficiary’s skills develop.
