Responsibilities - Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care - Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal surgical outcomes - Follow established policies and procedures - Communicate effectively with colleagues, physicians, and leadership - Provide exceptional patient care aligned with the organization's core values - Perform additional duties as required Qualifications Experience : - Minimum 1 year of Operating Room RN Circulator experience or successful completion of Periop 101 - Scrub experience required - Level I trauma background preferred; CVOR experience a plus Licensure / Certifications : - Current New Jersey RN license - Current BLS certification - CNOR (Certified Nurse Operating Room) preferred - Additional certifications (e.g., ACLS, NALS, PALS ) may be required for certain specialties This is an exciting opportunity to join a highly skilled surgical team in a leading regional trauma center known for excellence, innovation, and professional growth. ghrsearch25 LI-AM1 Planet Healthcare Job ID 418029.
