Key Responsibilities

Act as the first line of communication for clients preparing for surgical procedures

Verify clients' insurance benefits and assist with payment plan options

Manage and maintain the surgery schedule, ensuring timely and efficient scheduling of procedures

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree preferred or High School Diploma / GED with 2+ years of experience in a related field

Proficiency with Google Suite or Microsoft Office Products

Strong computer skills; familiarity with EMRs preferred

Ability to organize and create structure in a fast-paced environment
