Key Responsibilities
Upgrade and maintain ServiceNow instances, including testing and bug fixes
Configure ServiceNow instances and manage integrations, security, and user access
Resolve help desk tickets and adhere to internal standards and procedures
Required Qualifications
U.S. Citizenship
Active ServiceNow CSA certification
8+ years of experience in ServiceNow systems administration
Experience with system upgrades, software migrations, and configuring mid-servers
Familiarity with JavaScript and experience in an Agile environment
