This is a professional, customer-focused role (not your typical call center) where your goal is to turn incoming calls and chats into scheduled property tours or virtual appointments.
What You’ll
Handle 50–60 incoming prospect calls per day with warmth and enthusiasmSchedule and host virtual tours or set up in-person appointmentsAnswer live chats, texts, and follow-ups to support the leasing processProvide excellent customer service and build rapport with prospectsKeep accurate records and notes in our CRMStay up-to-date on property details, amenities, and specialsCollaborate closely with teammates and property managersWhat We’re Looking
