1.0 FTE guarantee ($331,620) - value-based compensation on 12-hour shifts

(1.0 FTE = 6.5 twenty-four-hour call shifts per month)

Extra productivity pay in addition to base pay

Relocation assistance of up to $20,000

Resident stipend up to $3,000 per month while in residency
