Under the guidance of the Manufacturing Supervisor, you'll lead initiatives that keep our technological operations running smoothly and efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Utilizing SMT software to operate and manage production processes.
- Conducting checks on PCB identification and ensuring accuracy with program names, conveyor settings, and solder paste application.
- Diagnosing and addressing technical issues with equipment.
- Executing setups, product transitions, and essential equipment maintenance.
- Repairing and installing essential electronic components like resistors and capacitors.
- Maintaining detailed records of work performed and product quality assessments.
- Engaging in 6S and continual process improvement practices.
