The Opportunity
As an Airbyte Solution Architect, you will have a unique opportunity to elevate your career and make an immediate impact in the rapidly growing data infrastructure sector. You will help customers implement and adopt our products while serving as their advocate within the company. You will collaborate with Go-to-Market (GTM), Product, and Engineering teams to refine onboarding, implementation, and growth experiences for enterprise customers. You will work with cross-functional teams to support sales and post-sales efforts, driving improved qualification, faster deal cycles, and higher customer satisfaction and retention. Joining us at this stage means you’ll be on the ground floor of a rapidly expanding Series B startup with significant opportunities for professional growth and advancement.
What You'll Do
Technical Implementation
- Lead and execute impactful customer technical projects, including the implementation and deployment of Airbyte solutions, ensuring alignment with client requirements and industry best practices.
- Guide customers throughout their journey by leveraging technical expertise and providing hands-on support when needed.
Client Engagement
Work directly with clients’ technical teams to understand their needs and tailor solutions accordingly.Manage technical success by collaborating with Airbyte’s technical support, Product, and Engineering teams to address issues and deliver new features.Cross-Department Collaboration
Collaborate with Sales to identify and drive potential growth opportunities with customers.Act as the internal source of truth for customer technical requirements, expectations, and needed functionalities.Advocacy and Evangelism
Demonstrate the use and best practices of Airbyte’s offering to clients and at industry events.Serve as a brand ambassador promoting the organization’s mission and fostering relationships with key stakeholders.What You'll Need
4+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role, such as resident solutions architect, professional services engineer, or consulting role.2+ years of experience in a startup environment, ideally in modern data infrastructure, including cloud applications, databases, ELT tools, data warehouses or related fields. (Startup implementation experience is a bonus)Working knowledge in Kubernetes and Terraform. (Strong understanding of DevSecOps methodologies as a plus)Ability to write and maintain code in at least two modern scripting languages (e.g. Python, Node.js, Bash Scripting) or popular programming languages (e.g. C / C++, Java, Go).Proven track record of supporting products that directly impact business productivity.Exceptional customer orientation with a focus on delivering seamless onboarding and ongoing technical success.Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.You share our values.Location

$170,000 - $180,000 base + variable + a generous equity package, and benefits listed below for the U.S. market.We Provide
