FAAC Entrance Solutions is a provider of automatic door systems, committed to delivering high-quality service and innovative solutions for a wide range of clients across commercial, industrial, and public sectors. We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Service Engineer to join our remote team.

As a Service Engineer, you will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and optimising our clients' automatic door systems. You will provide remote and on-site support, with site visits requiring Scotland-based candidates.

Key Responsibilities :

• Completion of PPM, reactive & modernization / upgrade calls.
• Providing customer & colleague technical support & product modernization recommendations.
• Conducting door safety checks & investigating incidents & complaints.
• Providing on-site customer support to EQS customers.
• Adhering to company processes & procedures & suggesting improvements.
• Delivering customer service & maintaining QHSE compliance.
• Managing & maintaining your tablet / paperwork, stock, vehicle, uniform & PPE.
• Following customer-specific on-site procedures.
• Completing mandatory box tests after calls.
• Participating in OOH rota duty.

What We're Looking For :

Qualifications : BS7036 / EN16005.

Experience : Previous experience with automatic doors is highly desirable.

Skills & Languages : English proficiency & a full current driving license.

Other Requirements : CSCS Card.
