We are searching for the best talent for a Director, Strategic Support EP & NV to join our team located in Irvine, CA.

Purpose : The Director, Strategic Support EP & NV will shape strategy and global governance and support our Leadership Team in managing our electrophysiology and neurovascular business worldwide. This leader will also serve as the Med Tech Irvine campus workspace leader in partnership with our facilities leadership. This candidate must understand and integrate the EP & NV strategy to develop solutions in support of growth and organizational effectiveness. This position provides high visibility to senior leaders as well an opportunity to impact the formation of strategy, tactics, and execution on our most critical business priorities. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a dynamic, complex, and high-energy setting, able to support coordination and collaboration across the business in a fast-paced environment and have strong financial stewardship capabilities.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is $146,000 to $251,850.

The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation's performance over a calendar / performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company's discretion on an individual basis.
