Our client, a real estate investment firm, is looking for a talented Executive Assistant to join their team! In this role, you will provide a high-level of administrative and project support to senior executives. They are looking for someone who is a creative thinker, highly motivated, and can juggle competing priorities. You’ll gain exposure to a fast-moving, high-performing industry, working alongside passionate professionals.
This role is onsite daily in Century City. Salary is $100-110k.
What you’ll do :
- Support two senior level executives
- Schedule meetings, conference calls and manage travel arrangements.
- Manage expense reports in Concur
- Solve day-to-day administrative challenges in a timely manner
- Utilize Word, Excel and Powerpoint heavily to create organized decks and spreadsheets.
- Understand budgets and process invoices and expenses accordingly.
- Provides connectivity for smooth communication between executives and internal department
- Organize periodic company events such as all team meetings, department events, holiday parties and other events as needed.
- Light office management support (stocking supplies, working on space planning, access and moves and point of contact for organizing tours)
- Miscellaneous data entry for various projects.
