Receptionist For The Division Of Human Resources
This position will serve as the Receptionist for the Division of Human Resources and will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers. Key responsibilities include answering phones, directing inquiries, greeting visitors, taking messages, receiving / distributing mail, preparing informational packets, typing, filing, scanning, and maintaining a clean / organized reception and copy area. The Receptionist will need strong customer service skills, excellent communication, and the ability to multitask effectively to create a welcoming and professional environment.

You must be currently reachable on the appropriate eligible list for this title, eligible under the 55 b / c program, or eligible to transfer to this title under Section 70.1 of the Civil Service Law.
70.1 Transfer :
For 70.1 transfer to Office Assistant 1, SG-6, you must have one year of permanent competitive, or 55-b / 55-c service in an approved title.
