A company is looking for an Implementation Specialist (West Coast).
Key Responsibilities :
Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for partners, from initial planning to launch
Configure partner dashboards, facilitate onboarding meetings, and deliver tailored training sessions
Monitor partner success, proactively identify at-risk partners, and collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues
Required Qualifications :
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
1+ years of experience in implementation, partner success, or customer service in B2B software (SaaS preferred)
Project management skills, including leading meetings and managing project plans
Familiarity with hospitality industry terminology and workflows
Experience building and managing partner relationships across all levels of management
