Key Responsibilities :

Qualifications and Education Requirements :

8+ years of server-side web development experience, with a significant portion in a leadership or senior role

Proven ability to lead technical teams and mentor developers

Expert-level knowledge of full-cycle web development, software design, and system architecture

Demonstrated experience in designing and delivering complex, high-volume systems

Strong ownership mentality and a track record of driving projects to completion
