We are seeking a Clinical RN or LVN to join our team! You will be responsible for the assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of assigned patients. Varied Shifts.
Responsibilities :
- Administer nursing care to ill, injured, or disabled patients
- Diagnose and establish patient treatment plans
- Monitor and report changes in patient symptoms or behavior
- Communicate with collaborating physicians or specialists regarding patient care
- Educate patients about health maintenance and disease prevention
- Facilitate referrals to other healthcare professionals and medical facilities
- Maintain accurate patient medical records
- Provide advice and emotional support to patients and their family members
Qualifications :
Education : Hold a current Texas permit or license as a Registered Nurse. BSN preferred.
Current BLS Certification through the American Heart Association upon hire or transfer to department.
2. Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) through the American Heart Association within 6 months of hire or transfer to department.
3. Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) through the American Heart Association within 12 months of hire or transfer to department.
4. Trauma Nurse Care Course (TNCC) within 18 months of hire or transfer to department.
5. Two years of RN experience in acute care setting preferred.
