The Position
- The Regional Clinical Director for Endoscopy, Pain Services, Quality & Safety will assume responsibility for overseeing, effectively managing, and administering the designated service lines at both BMC Main Campus and the Outpatient Center.
- Reporting to the Vice President Surgical Services, the Director will oversee approximately 50+ FTEs.
- The Director will work diligently to reestablish stability within the Endoscopy team, providing steadfast leadership. Additionally, this individual will develop a dynamic Quality and Safety plan for the health system.
Lastly, the Director will be tasked with overhauling the department's approach to managing volume, implementing new processes for scheduling and operations, as necessary.
- Seeking a visionary leader who will be able to effectively drive collaboration and communication to ensure strong relationships with physicians, employee engagement, and accountability throughout the departments.
- This leader is expected to be hands-on, actively engaging with staff on the floor, although no clinical duties will be required.
Travel to the Outpatient Center is expected monthly.
Requirements
- Bachelors of Science in Nursing (BSN) with an active RN license is required. Master's required.
- Applicants must have a minimum of three years of experience in Surgical Services, ICU, ED, Interventional Radiology, or GI / Endoscopy.
- Applicants should have a minimum of three years of prior leadership experience.
