Our office hours are:
Monday: 8am-6:30pm
Tuesday: 10am-6:30pm
Wednesday: 6:45am-1:00pm
Thursday: 8am-6:30pm
Friday: 8am-1pm
(**Lunch breaks are given)

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
As a Front Office Coordinator, you utilize your excellent customer service skills and run the front desk of our office. You're a vibrant and positive individual who is the first person that our patients see when they arrive at our clinic. You are eager to help and assist them in any way you can. You guide clients, work on the computer, and keep your workspace clean. With a smile, you keep up with the fast pace and enjoy meeting new people and helping make their experience at True North the best. If you can do those things and meet the following requirements, we would be happy to have you as part of our team!
Basic proficiency with computers - we are an electronic office
3+ years of customer service experience preferred
Skills such as High Level of Awareness/ Organized, Problem Solving, Multi Tasking/ Calmness Amongst Chaos, Personable/Communication, Boldness/Confidence
