Key Responsibilities
Administer and maintain contact center application platforms, including configuration and user management
Monitor system performance, identify issues, and coordinate vendor activities for upgrades and enhancements
Analyze application usage data to recommend improvements and ensure compliance with security requirements
Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience in a call center or contact center
Experience with workforce management systems and call recording tools
Bachelor's degree or 3+ years of equivalent experience
Experience troubleshooting common issues related to computer and phone systems
Familiarity with SQL databases and reporting tools is a plus
