YOUR DAY-TO-DAY AS A LINE COOK
As a Line Cook, you're at the heart of the action, expertly working the grill, broiler, and fryer to create the fresh, flavorful meals that our customers love. Your evenings (Monday through Friday) start with prepping your station to ensure everything's ready to go.
Once the orders start rolling in, it's game time – you'll prepare dishes to perfection, maintaining quality and consistency every step of the way. Along the way, you keep the kitchen running smoothly by staying organized, communicating with your cooking team, and lending a hand wherever needed. At the end of the day, you'll take pride in knowing your culinary skills contributed to a seamless operation and satisfied guests.
Here's what you need to become our Line Cook :
- 6 months+ of experience in a professional kitchen, focusing on grill or broiler work
- Commitment to maintaining food safety standards
- Team-oriented mindset and a passion for great food
