Loch Harbour Group is seeking an experienced Senior Program Management Operations (PMO) Analyst V (Contingent Upon Award) to provide high-level program support to the Program Manager on a Government contract. This role involves assisting in managing cross-functional teams, coordinating operations, and integrating administrative, business, financial, and strategic planning activities. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience supporting senior-level program management within the Department of Defense (DoD) and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Program Manager in leading and coordinating a multidisciplinary team supporting Government operations.
- Plan, direct, and oversee day-to-day program activities, ensuring smooth execution of contract requirements.
- Formulate and implement operational policies, procedures, and priorities to meet organizational and contractual objectives.
- Support the integration of General Administration, Business & Financial Management, and Strategic Planning functions across all program areas.
- Assist with tracking program performance, deliverables, and reporting requirements to ensure alignment with government objectives.
- Prepare briefings, reports, and status updates for internal leadership and government stakeholders.
- Collaborate with team members, technical leads, and government personnel to identify and resolve operational challenges.
- Maintain awareness of program risks, cost controls, and resource allocation strategies.
Requirements :
Active Secret (Mandatory)Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business Management, or a related discipline.Minimum 10 years of experience supporting program or project management operations.Strong understanding of DoD program management processes, policies, and reporting requirements.Excellent organizational, communication, and analytical skills.Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with senior leadership, government stakeholders, and technical teams.Desired Qualifications
Master’s Degree in a technical, business, or management-related field.Project Management Professional (PMP) certification and / or DAWIA Level III certification in Program Management.Place of Performance
Primary Location : Washington, DC.Contractor Facility : Must be located within the Washington, DC metropolitan area to support in-person meetingsTravel Requirements
