A company is looking for a Patient Financial Services Representative 4 - Customer Service.
Key Responsibilities
Ensures timely submission of clean claims and serves in the place of the supervisor or manager when needed
Resolves complex issues by coordinating with team members, Patient Accounts staff, and payers
Handles high-dollar accounts and ensures appropriate documentation and follow-up on all account activity
Required Qualifications
Associate Degree or three additional years of relevant experience
3 years of experience in revenue cycle, finance, customer service, or data analytics
Knowledge of payer requirements and hospital policies
Ability to work effectively in a remote environment
Experience with EPIC or similar systems is preferred
