Qualifications
15+ years of experience in Internal or Employee Communications, Talent Brand, or related strategic communications roles
Proven track record of building and leading integrated communications strategies that elevate brand reputation
Deep understanding of managing communications strategy during periods of transformation and scale
Experience leveraging employee insights and engagement data to shape communication strategies
