About The Team

As part of the broader People Team, the Technical Recruiting team is tasked with scaling the Engineering and Data teams at Rocket Money. In addition to sourcing and hiring high-caliber technical talent, we're laser focused on providing a top-notch candidate experience for every candidate. We are increasingly data-driven, turning recruiting and people data into actionable insights to guide our hiring strategies and inform decisions.

In This Role, You'll :

• Manage the full life-cycle recruitment process for Engineering and Data teams, from intaking new roles to ultimately filling positions
• Create and maintain strong relationships with hiring leaders across Engineering and Data departments to understand business needs, advise on hiring strategies, and align recruiting efforts towards organizational goals
• Advise and guide hiring leaders on industry best practices
• Utilize data and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of our recruiting strategies and work to continuously improve our hiring efficiency
• Collect, analyze, and interpret recruiting and people data to identify trends, track funnel metrics, and surface insights that inform decisions
• Translate data into digestible visualizations, reports, and dashboards (primarily using Excel) for leadership and stakeholder consumption
• Partner with the broader People team to create employer brand strategies, execute on employee engagement efforts, and ensure a seamless onboarding experience for all Rocket Money new hires

We Offer :

Additional information : Salary range of $90,000-$135,000 / year + bonus + benefits. Base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
