DESCRIPTION OF WORK

In this role, your clerical work will help protect and support children and families in our county! This is a great role for someone who can work well with others, pay careful attention to details, and use a computer and office equipment. With our team, you will :

• Greet visitors, take information, and screen / route telephone calls.
• Copy, file, type, fax, shred, and laminate documents.
• Type information into form letters, envelopes, labels, fax transmittals, and charts.
• Open and sort mail; disperse incoming and outgoing mail.
• Prepare letterhead, envelopes, and business cards.
• Perform related work as required.
