Beach Breeze Rehab & Care is seeking a compassionate and motivated Certified Occupational Therapist (COTA) to join our rehabilitation team. In this vital role, you will help residents enhance their independence and improve their quality of life through personalized therapy and support.

Key Responsibilities

Comprehensive Assessments & Treatment Planning : Collaborate with the healthcare team to evaluate residents’ needs and develop tailored therapeutic plans.

Empowering Independence : Assist residents in regaining independence by helping them master daily living skills and enhance their functional abilities.

Therapeutic Support : Provide direct, hands-on care during prescribed activities to support recovery from illness, injury, or disability.

Confidentiality & Compliance : Maintain the highest level of confidentiality and ensure all resident information complies with healthcare regulations.

Team Collaboration : Work closely with an interdisciplinary team to achieve excellent patient outcomes and deliver compassionate, high-quality care.

Qualifications

Licensure : Current, active Florida State COTA License required.

Experience : Prior experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing setting preferred, but not required.

Skills : Strong communication, organization, and patient engagement abilities.
