At Haven, we are seeking a compassionate and skilled Occupational Therapist to join our home health team in the North Palm Beach area . In this role, you will serve as a partner in your patients journey to recoveryrestoring mobility, promoting independence, and ensuring safety within the comfort of their homes.

You will help maximize each patients quality of life through personalized treatment, preventative care, and rehabilitative strategies, all under the direction of a physician-approved Plan of Care. Your expertise and encouragement will help clients regain their optimal level of function and improve their daily living.
